Medium current busway has a rated working current of 63-400A and a rated working voltage of 230/ 400V . It adopts a large phase spacing design to fully ensure the insulation capacity of the system; The structure is simple , easy to maintain and make on-site changes . This product is used for power supply at the end of data center data centers , and can be configured with temperature and full electrical parameter monitoring systems according to customer needs , providing convenience for system operation and maintenance.
Adopting advanced single arm bolt locking design makes installation speed more convenient and fast. The unique non reversible design can prevent misconnection between busbar units; There is a certain unit connection expansion gap to eliminate linear expansion , so as not to affect the electrical conductivity and mechanical strength of the entire system . It has a stable mechanical connection design, with no mechanical stress generated inside the components , and can ensure a high level of protection .
Aluminum alloy profile shell ,Compact , lightweight , aesthetically pleasing ,and easy to install;The busway casing has sufficient strength to support and protect the bus duct system , avoiding mechanical damage while ensuring good electrical continuity ;Non magnetic material , no eddy current effect; Fast heat dissipation and low temperature rise;Strong anticorrosion ability , even if the spray coating is damaged, it still has strong anti-corrosion ability.
The insulation materials selected inside the busway have the long-term heat resistance ability to withstand the temperature rise test temperature ,and have sufficient insulation ability , mechanical strength and anti-aging ability . The safety distance and creepage distance between the phases inside the busway are far greater than the requirements of national standards .

Accessories & Installation
Installation diagram

● According to the installation drawings, select the busways, connectors, and related accessories to be installed. Position the confirmed short busway section on the pre-mounted support brackets, loosen the connector bolts, and attach the connector to the busway.
● Install the next busway section on the pre-mounted support brackets on the other side of the connector, ensuring the "N"-phase alignment follows the same-side principle. Adjust the busway alignment and tighten the connector bolts with a wrench.
● After securing the connector, install the upper and lower joint cover plates and fasten the bolts.
