RT-CMC Series Low-Impedance Compact Busway uses a typical sandwich structure with closely arranged conductors for overall heat dissipation. The compact design occupies less space, making it a safe and reliable power distribution system. The product's protection level can reach up to IP66 according to user needs. It is suitable for three-phase three-wire, threephase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems (with enclosure as PE, or with PE crosssection half of phase line), frequency 50-60Hz, rated operating voltage up to 690V, rated insulation voltage up to 1000V, and rated operating current 250-6300A power supply systems. It features stable reliability, high power distribution efficiency, good heat dissipation, low voltage drop, high mechanical strength and easy installation. The product can be widely used in large commercial plazas, buildings, stadiums, hospitals, industrial plants and other projects as an efficient power transmission and distribution system for high currents. The aluminum alloy shell design not only reduces the weight of the busway, but fully considers the high stability requirements of vertical shaft installation, improves system reliability and applicability, and greatly reduces the impact of high-current eddy current and hysteresis loss on the busway system.

The RT-CMC Compact Busway System can be used for connections between transformers and distribution cabinets, as well as for supplying power to loads. The system's protection rating can reach up to IP65, enabling it to adapt to various harsh environments. Plug-in Straight Length
Plug-in busways feature flexible tap-off opening configurations, with openings possible on both sides. A standard 3-meter section can accommodate up to 5 openings per side. Users may reserve tap-off openings in advance to accommodate future equipment relocation or additional loads.
Each tap-off opening is equipped with a socket plate and a cover plate. The socket plate prevents accidental finger contact with live conductors (IP2X) and displays phase sequence identification.
The cover plate protects conductive contact surfaces from contamination, with gaskets providing dust and moisture resistance.
Standard lengths are 3000mm or 4000mm, with a minimum length of 720mm. The minimum L1 (distance from tap-off opening center to standard end) is 360mm, and the minimum L2 (center-tocenter distance between adjacent tap-off openings) is 570mm.

When installing the ceiling,the steel expansion boltsshould be punched in the floor in advance (can also be punched on site for flexible installation),or the steel parts can be embedded to weld hoisting brackets on site.
